The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of subscriptions offered by FUTURES (the "Company" or "Futures Infinity"). All subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
There will be NO REFUNDS for subscription renewals that have not been cancelled at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.
There will be NO REFUNDS for initial purchases.
In the EU, you have the right to return products purchased online or by other distance selling means within 14 days and request a full refund. You do not need to justify this: you have the right to simply change your mind.
However, this 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to all products. There are exceptions, including our services:
audio and video recordings, books, text format or computer software unsealed after delivery; digital online content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it and have agreed that you lose your right of withdrawal in this case;
By accepting electronic delivery of Company's subscription offerings, you agree to comply with the chargeback policy set forth herein. All credit card statements for initial purchases and subscription renewal transactions will be marked FUTURE.

We do not tolerate credit card fraud and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted criminally in your local jurisdiction to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will file civil lawsuits in your local jurisdiction to recover any lost revenue related to the fraud, including business expenses, attorney's fees, search costs, employee downtime and lost revenue.
We use advanced risk modeling to detect indications of fraudulent transactions in our services. Fraudulent transactions are cancelled immediately upon detection.
Any active orders associated with the same fraudulent credit card will also be cancelled immediately.
We consider credit card refunds to be fraudulent if you make no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your subscription.
All frivolous chargebacks not only cost our employees a vacation from our usual and customary conduct of business, but they also cost us money. Therefore:
When we detect suspicious activity related to a subscription purchase in the process of being purchased, we assign a "Customer Review in Progress" status and perform fraud detection procedures on the purchase to reduce our risk exposure. During this time, you will not be able to access your account.
Generally, we complete reviews within four (4) to six (6) hours; some purchases with higher potential risk may require more time as our compliance department performs even more thorough
fraud detection checks. We may also contact you directly as a precaution. If we determine that a purchase is high risk or does not comply with our compliance and risk management policies, that purchase will be cancelled immediately and funds will be refunded immediately to the credit card from which the purchase was made. In addition, in such cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately close your entire account. Any active orders associated with the same credit card and/or fraudulent account will also be cancelled immediately.
In addition, we will attempt to collect the fraudulently disputed charges and additional costs through a third party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as an overdue collection account. In the event a chargeback is placed or threatened on a purchase, we also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in the chargeback originator database(s) of our choosing and at our sole discretion. The information reported will include name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address and phone number. Being listed in such databases may make it more difficult to use your credit card for future purchases from us or other merchants.
