You have accessed a "replicated website" of the Distributor for Futures, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "our", "us" or "we") or through our corporate website, www.futuresinfinity.com. These sites are operated by the Company and are hosted on the Company's server and its third party technology providers. The information you submit on the site is sent to and accessed by the Company and the distributor (hereinafter referred to as "Distributor") to whom this site is assigned (except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy). By visiting this site and providing information to the Company, you agree to the following privacy policy, use and disclosure of information.

We place a high priority on the security of your personal information and have incorporated the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) implemented by the European Union on May 25, 2018. We adhere to this regulation for all customers and distributors, regardless of their geographic location or country of origin.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

The Company is the sole owner of the information collected on our websites and on replicated websites that we make available to our distributors (the "Websites"). We collect information from customers and website visitors at various times on the Websites.

Personal Information

When you use or visit our Websites, you may be asked or requested to provide us with personally identifiable information. Personal information is any information that can potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact or locate a single individual, including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and credit card or bank information. We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a regulation implemented by the European Union to protect the rights of individuals, their information, and how their information is used. This regulation goes into effect on May 25, 2019 and is incorporated into this policy. The GDPR expands the definition of personal information to include all of the following:

Customer Information

Customers must provide contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address). Customers are also required to provide payment information (credit card, debit or checking account). We use this information to keep in touch with customers, process customer orders and for billing purposes. All payment information is stored by our merchant gateway,


encrypted and inaccessible to our employees or the company. Only partial payment credentials are available to demonstrate and verify a customer's purchase. If you contact us and ask us to provide you with the payment information on file, we can only do so to provide you with a partial payment ID. We cannot update your credit card or payment information for you.


Governing Law

Clause 1 (Governing law)
The law inserted shall be the laws of the EU Member State in
which the data exporter is established, save that: (i) where
such laws do not allow for third-party beneficiary rights; or (ii)
the data exporter is not established in an EU Member State,
the law inserted shall be the laws of Ireland.

Profile Information

The Company collects and stores certain information that it gathers through cookies, log files, clear gifs and/or third parties. This information is not used to make offers or create a profile of visitors to our websites ("users"), which includes visitors and customers. Profile information is not linked to the user's personally identifiable information. However, this information is aggregated to provide offers and improve site content for the user.

USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

Personally Identifiable Information

The Company DOES NOT share personally identifiable information, except with contracted service providers, to the extent that it may be necessary to: (a) process orders and/or returns and obtain payment; (b) complete a customer registration. We also provide personally identifiable information: (a) to the upstream distributor(s) as described herein; and/or (b) to the distributor via the company's distributor locator feature on the company's website; and/or (c) to assign a sales or enrollment manager to an active distributor.

Genealogy Information

The Company provides certain information to Distributors regarding customers registered in a Distributor's downstream marketing organization. As a customer of the company, your name, address, email address, phone number, sales volume and order history will be shared with other distributors in the form of downstream genealogy information. No other personally identifiable information will be shared with other distributors. Downstream distributor information is made available to distributors subject to a confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement in the distribution agreement each distributor enters into with the Company. However, the Company does not guarantee that other distributors will abide by the confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements,

Sales Information

If you make a purchase from a distributor through this site, we will provide the distributor to whom this site is assigned with your name, contact information, a description of the item(s) purchased and the sales volume associated with the purchase. No other personally identifiable information will be shared with the distributor. You may change this information at any time by accessing your account profile page.

Aggregate (non-personally identifiable) information
The Company may share aggregated demographic information with its partners, vendors, third party suppliers and advertisers. This information is not linked to any personally identifiable information. Taken together, this information cannot identify an individual person.

Business Transitions

If the company goes through a transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, the personal information of customers and distributors will, in most cases, be part of the transferred assets. If, as a result of the business transition, the customer's personally identifiable information is used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, the customer will be offered a choice in accordance with our Notification of Changes section.


Lead Assignment and Generator Location Functions
From time to time, the company will assign distributors and potential sales. In these cases, we will provide the distributor with the name and contact information of the customer or potential customer. In addition, the company has a generator search function on its website. With this feature, a potential customer can locate a nearby distributor. In order for the distributor locator function and manager assignments to be effective, the company provides the potential customer with the distributor's name and contact information, which may include a phone number, address and/or email address. The customer and the distributor define the information they will share for this purpose.

OUR COMMUNICATIONS

Special Offers and Updates

The company sends all customers a welcome email to verify password, username and references to terms and agreements signed during the purchase process. All customers will receive occasional information about the company's activities, products, services, promotional offers and newsletters. We do not allow other companies or entities to contact our customers unless a customer requests or grants permission to the third party vendor.

Service Announcements

There are times when it is necessary to send out announcements strictly related to the service. For example, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance purposes, we may send an email to our customers. Generally, customers cannot opt out of these communications, although they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Customer Service

The Company regularly communicates with customers via e-mail, postal mail, ticketing support system and telephone in order to provide requested services and issues related to the Company's services. These communications may be made by e-mail, postal mail, ticketing support system or telephone. The Company also communicates with customers by posting messages on the Member's website and via its mobile application.

While the Company strives to protect user privacy, it may disclose personal information when required by law, to the extent that the Company believes in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, legal process, subpoena, warrant, court order or legal process served on the Company.
